White Glove Delivery
- Four-hour delivery window arranged with delivery service.
- Transportation of mattress to room of your choice (up to two flights of stairs).
- Unpacking, setup of basic frame (tool-less frame must be present at time of delivery).
- Removal of old mattress (excluding stained or specialty beds, eg: waterbeds, platform beds, futons, etc).
- Delivery will be arranged 3-5 days after it has been produced and received from the manufacturing plant.
- Standard delivery hours are from Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. Limited Saturday and evening hours are available in select areas upon request.
- Delivery is not available on major holidays including New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve and Day.
