Before you begin, we’d like to set some expectations to confirm you’re in the right spot to receive the help you need & deserve!
If you’re unhappy with the size, feel, or model you purchased, these are not issues covered under the limited warranty.
Thank you for being a Serta® Guest Purchase Program customer. Your Serta® Hospitality mattress and box spring/foundation are covered under our Serta® 10 Year Non-Prorated Warranty.

Please confirm that you purchased a Serta® Hospitality mattress or box spring/foundation from Serta Guest Purchase. If not, please visit www.serta.com for information on all other Serta® products, including retail stores, outlets, and purchases on serta.com. For warranty claims, we require both a copy of the proof of purchase & a photo of the law tag. If you can’t provide both, we may be unable to assist with your claim.One of the most memorable experiences of any hotel stay is the rest you get sleeping in that specialty hotel bed. The Serta Guest Purchase Program was designed to bring that same rest to you; even at home!

Check your box spring/foundation mattress support. If your mattress is not performing as expected, we’ve found that unevenness or sagging can occur when the frame or foundation you’re using does not support the mattress properly. Serta® Hospitality mattresses must be supported by a Serta® box spring or a solid platform base to meet our warranty criteria.

Rotate your mattress. It’s completely normal for the mattress to break in and soften with use over time. We recommend rotating the mattress at least every six months to ensure it breaks in properly on both sides of the bed. Softening of the mattress from regular use over time is not covered by the warranty.

To submit your claim, follow the prompts and on the first page, select "Other Authorized Retailer" and then "Hospitality (Guest Purchase Bed)", click "Next" to begin your claim. It should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The prompts will guide you through the process step-by-step, including some requirements, providing details to include your purchase order invoice, and requesting photos of the issue.
