Welcome! This form is for Serta Guest Purchase Mattress Warranty Claims within the contiguous United States.
Before you begin, we’d like to set some expectations to confirm you’re in the right spot to receive the help you need & deserve!
If you’re unhappy with the size, feel, or model you purchased, these are not issues covered under the limited warranty.

Thank you for being a Serta® Guest Purchase Program customer.  Your Serta® Hospitality mattress and box spring/foundation are covered under our Serta® 10 Year Non-Prorated Warranty. 

If you encounter an issue with your mattress or box spring/foundation, please review the following items before submitting a claim:

  1. Rotate your mattress.  It’s completely normal for the mattress to break in and soften with use over time. We recommend rotating the mattress at least every six months to ensure it breaks in properly on both sides of the bed. Softening of the mattress from regular use over time is not covered by the warranty.

To submit your claim, follow the prompts and on the first page, select "Other Authorized Retailer" and then "Hospitality (Guest Purchase Bed)", click "Next" to begin your claim. It should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The prompts will guide you through the process step-by-step, including some requirements, providing details to include your purchase order invoice, and requesting photos of the issue.
